Marjoleine Van Oort

Marjoleine is the co-founder and director of H2O Partners.

She started her career at Loyens & Loeff, where she worked as international tax advisor for more than 10 years. Thereafter she worked for several of the major trust companies where she held multiple management and board positions. She has more than 20 years experience in tax, finance and corporate legal for private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures set-ups. She graduated from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands with a Master in Law and Tax Law. She fluently speaks English, French, German and Dutch

MARIE BECKER

Marie is Legal and Corporate Manager of the Company and oversees legal, corporate and compliance matters.
She has more than six years of experience in the investment funds industry, with strong expertise in legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining H2O, she worked at Loyens & Loeff, where she advised clients on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds, including during a one-year secondment to the firm's London office. .
Marie holds a Master's Degree in Law, is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. She is fluent in French and English.

RAPHAEL BONHOMME

Raphael is a Legal and Corporate Manager of the company. He supervises the legal management of all files, as well as the compliance department. He has more than six years of experience as a lawyer specialising in corporate, with extensive expertise in mergers & acquisitions, real estate and corporate governance. Prior to joining H2O, Raphael worked at Simmons & Simmons and Clifford Chance, where he advised clients on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of investment structures and holdings. During his time with the firms, he advised on international transactions for data centers, real estate logistics and investment properties as well as private equity. Raphael holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from UCL in the UK and is admitted to practice as a lawyer with the Luxembourg Bar.

FLORENT BRUNET

Florent is a Senior Legal and Corporate Officer at the company.

He has more than 10 years of compliance, corporate, and legal experience in cross-jurisdictional fund structures, with a focus on the onboarding and management of unregulated Luxembourg vehicles and AIFs within the Luxembourg fund industry landscape. He gained his experience through major corporate service providers and large-scale international clients.

Florent graduated in France with a master’s degree in business law. He is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.

YU JIANG

Yu is the Head of Accounting of the company and supervises the accounting team. She has nearly 20 years of professional experience in Luxembourg and has developed extensive expertise in accounting, tax compliance, corporate services and financial reporting. Prior to joining H2O Partners Luxembourg, she held senior positions at leading financial institutions and corporate service providers, including European Fund Administration, Intertrust Luxembourg, Mazars Luxembourg, Edison Capital Management and Falcon Capital Management. She graduated from Haute École Catholique “Blaise Pascal” in Belgium in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management and International Taxation. She also holds the Luxembourg Chartered Accountant qualification. She is fluent in French, English and Chinese.

Agata Gregoruk

Agata is a Senior Accountant in the company.

She is a Certified Public Accountant in Poland and has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance in Poland, USA and Luxembourg.

She holds a master's degree in economics and a postgraduate degree in accounting.

Christel di Marco

Christel is a Legal Manager in the company.
She supervises the legal management of all files, as well as the compliance department. She has more than 16 years of corporate and legal experience in cross-jurisdictional transactions, with focus in unregulated Luxembourg vehicles and AIFs. She worked for different law firms such as Loyens, and also spent a few years with AXA and Riverside where she built a strong and broad experience.

Marta Naidovska

Marta is a Corporate Officer in the company.

Nikola Petrovic

Nikola is a company lawyer within the company, working on all legal and compliance matters. He did several internships within lawyers' offices before integrating H2O Partners. He graduated from Lorraine University with a Bachelor in Private Law and from Paris-Sorbonne University with a Master in Slavic Legal and Business Languages. He continues to follow several qualifications in Luxembourg in compliance and ESG. He fluently speaks French, English, German, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin.
