We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Legal Associate to join our Legal & Corporate Services team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to manage corporate governance, legal documentation, and client entities in a dynamic international setting.

Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you will manage company incorporations, corporate governance workflows, complex legal drafting, and day-to-day corporate administration for a diverse client portfolio.

 

What you will do:

Manage the end-to-end drafting of corporate legal documentation, resolutions, and board minutes.

Oversee company incorporations, restructurings, and day-to-day corporate governance actions.

Conduct legal research and track key Luxembourg legal and regulatory updates.

Prepare and coordinate board and shareholder meetings.

Liaise directly with clients, external advisors, notaries, and public authorities.

 

What we are looking for:

Master’s degree in Law with a focus on corporate or commercial law.

Up to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate services or legal administration in Luxembourg.

Solid understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and the financial sector.

Strong organisational, analytical, and priority-management skills.

Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
