Marjoleine Van Oort

Marjoleine is the co-founder and director of H2O Partners.
She started her career at Loyens & Loeff, where she worked as international tax advisor for more than 10 years. Thereafter she worked for several of the major trust companies where she held multiple management and board positions. She has more than 20 years experience in tax, finance and corporate legal for private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures set-ups. She graduated from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands with a Master in Law and Tax Law.
She fluently speaks English, French, German and Dutch

Voon Kon Kam King

Voon is the Head of Finance of the company. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant in the UK with more than 10 years’ experience in auditing and accounting. He has gained broad experience in domiciliation and trust services before joining a global energy group.
Voon further worked for an internationally active gaming company where he was responsible and arranged for the financial as well as corporate organization of the Luxembourg branch. He graduated from the University of Nottingham Trent in United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
He fluently speaks English, French and Creole.

Christel Di Marco

Christel is the Legal Manager of the company.
She supervises the legal management of all files, as well as the compliance department. She has more than 16 years of corporate and legal experience in cross-jurisdictional transactions, with focus in unregulated Luxembourg vehicles and AIFs.
She worked for different law firms such as Loyens, and also spent a few years with AXA and Riverside where she built a strong and broad experience.
Christel graduated in Belgium with a law bachelor.
She fluently speaks English and French.

Alicia Sacco

Alicia has different roles in the company, including accounting, office rental, marketing and business development.
She started her career in 2018 at Alter Domus where she finally held a senior officer position for funds and corporate clients.
She has experience in the financial sector (fund transfer agency, accounting, preparation of legal documents) as well as in the marketing field (copywriting, social media, website). She graduated from HEC Liège and Aix-Marseille University with a Master in Asset Risk Management and also holds a Bachelor in Marketing.
She fluently speaks English, French and has notions of Dutch and Italian.

Nikola Petrovic

Nikola is a company lawyer within the company, working on all legal and compliance matters. He did several internships within lawyers' offices before integrating H2O Partners.
He graduated from Lorraine University with a Bachelor in Private Law and from Paris-Sorbonne University with a Master in Slavic Legal and Business Languages. He continues to follow several qualifications in Luxembourg in compliance and ESG.
He fluently speaks French, English, German, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin.

Ties Van den Brink

Ties is the junior accountant of the company,.
He stepped into H2O Partners as his first professional experience.
He got numerous trainings about accounting but also legal matters and compliance, which makes his profile particularly open and versatile.
