As Accountant, you will be working together with your colleagues of the Finance team in order to deliver a top-class service to our clients. You will be joining a fast-growing company which will give you space to develop your potential. You will be in direct contact with clients, intermediaries and other service providers.

Your Role

  • Perform bookings (bank, suppliers, interest etc.) under Lux GAAP;
  • Preparation and handling of payment instructions;
  • Organise and handle regulatory filings (RCS, etc.);
  • Organisation of the accounting file;
  • Prepare and filing regulatory reports to the Central Bank;
  • Follow up of client requests;
  • Preparation of accounting related documentation (interest certificates, audit confirmations, residency certificates etc.);
  • Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation

About You

  • BAC +3 in accounting;
  • At least 2 years experience in accounting;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Eye for detail;
  • Business focus;
  • Hands-on mentality and used to work with deadlines;
  • Eager to learn

As Corporate Associate, you will be working together with your colleagues of the Legal team in order to deliver a top-class service to our clients. You will be joining a fast-growing company which will give you space to develop your potential. You will be in direct contact with clients, intermediaries and other service providers.

Your Role

  • Maintaining the client companies under the supervision of the Luxembourg office in good legal standing;
  • Drafting, reviewing and revising all types of agreements and other documentation required;
  • Pro-actively and with the team coordinating transactions;
  • Participating to and organising meetings;
  • Maintaining the quality of legal records and implementation and controlling the firm’s filing procedures and KYC/AML;
  • Respecting and follow up on all regulatory obligations;

 

About You

  • University Degree (Master’s) in law or similar;
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience, e.g. in (a combination of) international corporate law, trust or private equity;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Eye for detail;
  • Business focus;
  • Hands-on mentality and used to work with deadlines;
  • Team player that can carry on work independently;
